These terms and conditions apply to the following products:
3-lesson swimming lesson voucher is available exclusively to new swimmers.
Customers must BOOK IN ADVANCE before attending any lessons.
Customer must quote their Gift Order Reference when booking their lessons.
The swimming voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or used as a cash alternative.
Lesson times and pools are subject to availability and our usual terms and conditions of service apply.
The swimming voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase.
The swimming voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
All bookings are subject to availability and at management’s discretion.
Cindy’s Swim School reserves the right to amend or withdraw these products at any time.
Feedback on your experience is encouraged as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

A May 2026 half term crash course will be given away to three different winners.
Enter the competition by commenting on our social media posts: Instagram and Facebook.
One entry per social media account on each platform.
Entrants must not be employees or partners of Cindy’s Swim School or family of employees or partners.
Entrants’ names will be added into a prize draw and three winners selected blindly and at random.
Winners wil be contacted by the social media account they used to enter.
Winners must accept their prize within 7 days or an alternative winner will be drawn.
Prize winners may choose their preferred crash course pool and stage subject to availability.

The new customer must quote the referrer’s name on the booking form.
Note, the referrer must be a current customer of continuous weekly swimming lessons in order to qualify.
The £30 discount will be allocated once the new customer makes a first monthly payment, and the referrer will receive a £30 discount on their next month’s payment.
You may refer up to ten friends per day and you’ll receive the same reward each time.
The new customer must be a completely new customer to Cindy’s Swim School.
Valid for all continuous weekly lessons at all pools.
Not valid for any cash alternative.
Cindy’s Swim School reserves the right to end or vary this promotion at any time.
Referrers can use our refer a friend booking form to get started.

Offer details: Adult 1:1 swimming lessons booked for a whole term block, or via recurring monthly direct debit will receive a 10% discount (compared to booking and paying for lessons in individual 4-week blocks).
Sign up or switch to recurring monthly direct debit or termly blocks and you’ll receive 10% off automatically.
Valid for continuous weekly adult swimming lessons.
Not valid for any cash alternative.

🌊 Offer Details: When you have three or more swimmers from one family (living at the same address) attending continuous swimming lessons at Cindy’s Swim School, the ‘middle starter’ swimmer(s) will receive a 10% reduction in their monthly subscription.🌊
The 10% discount applies to the 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. swimmer from the same family living at the same address, so the family will only ever pay full price subscriptions for two swimmers.
The discount will apply to the middle starter(s) of the family group, not necessarily the middle-age, but the family member who started their lessons second.
The discount will be applied automatically, but you can always contact our office if you have any queries about it.

🐣 Offer Details: We run School holiday swimming crash courses at October half term, February half term, Easter, May half term and over the summer holiday. 🌊 You get a 10% discount when booking at least 4 weeks ahead of the crash course week.
The 10% discount applies from the end of the previous crash course until Sunday four weeks before the start of the next crash course.
The discount will apply to the whole booking price, regardless of how many children you are booking in.
The discount will be applied automatically, but you can always contact our office if you have any queries about it.
