Managing Partner: Finance, IT, Pool Maintenance – all round extraordinaire!
A bit about me
I grew up fishing and diving. Surfing, open water swimming, camping, cooking food I’ve caught – that is the dream. Playing with my children in the sea and pools when we’re on holiday is one of the things I treasure most. Being able to be a part of something that teaches others the confidence to go out and have fun in the water is very rewarding.
What I do
My role mainly involves finance, pool management and IT, but being part of the management team, I also assist everyone in their roles, and ensure the smooth running of the swim school.
A bit about me
South African born and raised, swimming and water safety both lie close to my heart. I love surfing, swimming and snorkeling – pretty much all things water!
What I do
I started Cindy’s Swim School originally, so my role is pretty varied. Currently I am focussing on enriching our brand and perfecting our service. The goal; to offer the best swimming experience in SW London!

A bit about me
I am passionate and dedicated to my work, and I strive for perfection in everything I do, so if you’re a messy teacher, watch out!
What I do
If you need anything stock wise for our swimmers or our teachers in Cindy’s Swim School, I’m your woman! I also manage all the pools’ maintenance, liaise with the office and generally help to keep CSS in tip top shape!

A bit about me
I've been swimming for as long as I can remember and I used to compete when I was younger. If on holiday, you can't keep me out of the water!
Inspiration
I love teaching children and adults how to swim. Seeing their progress and confidence grow is super rewarding.

A bit about me
I started as a teacher at Cindy’s Swim School in 2014 while completing my A-levels, and since then I’ve not been able to leave their phenomenal atmosphere regardless of my path in life. I competed regionally in swimming so if you see me in the pool, I promise I know what I’m talking about.
Inspiration
There’s nothing that beats the feeling of being a part of a child’s swim journey, helping and encouraging them progress to be the best swimmers they can be.
What I do
After completing my university degree in Banking and Finance and accumulating managerial experience, I took on a management and finance officer role within the company.
Office Manager: Miché
A bit about me
I grew up learning to swim on the beautiful beaches of South Africa. When I’m not on the beach, I’m in the kitchen cooking and baking up a storm!
What I do
I run a tight ship in the office – making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently within our office and our lessons. You’ll find me coordinating pool schedules, overseeing office activities and so much more. No task is too big or too small!
A bit about me
I am a part time student currently completing my undergrad in Psychology at University. I am a highly approachable individual, with a pleasant attitude and a willingness to make a positive mark.
Inspiration
Seeing how the technical and logistical support I provide helps to aid in the seamless planning of classes gives me great pleasure. Everyone has their role in a team and I strive to execute my duties to the best of my abilities. I look forward to assisting you however I can.
