Bringing our favourite cuddy bears to the pool!<\/h4>\n

Did you know that stuffed animals and teddy bears have been shown to reduce reduce negative feelings such as anxiety and stress, particularly in uncomfortable and unfamiliar environments?<\/p>\n

We are invited all our swimmers to bring their favourite teddy to their swim lesson, so they could join in on the fun!
