We work on developing their confidence in the water, as well as core muscles, before moving on to more advanced stroke techniques. We have added to the Swim England \u201cstages<\/a>\u201d and our teachers<\/a> follow structured lesson plans. As a reward for their hard work, students receive certificates and badges for moving onto the next stage and when they can swim certain distances. Once their technique is up to standard, they can move onto our Children\u2019s Squad lessons<\/a>.<\/p>\n 2:1 and 1:1 lessons start from stage 1 upwards.
